BACK AGAIN

Woaw, I think the last time I sat down to write a newsletter was about six months ago!!

More than anything, I felt the desire to reconnect a little, to share where life has been taking me lately (and I'd absolutely love to hear about yours, too!).

So far, life has been treating me well. This season here in the Bay has kept me very busy (thank God!) with food and cacao. It also brought some beautiful surprises: I was invited to give a few nutrition talks, and I even started teaching cooking workshops again—something I had stopped sharing for quite a while.

I also moved to Higuera Blanca, a little town about 15 minutes from Sayulita, but it feels like a completely different world. Now I have human neighbors on both sides, cows and horses across the street, my favorite surf spots are much closer, I have access to new edible flowers and local fruits (and I've discovered a few amazing new ones!), and... among all the new things this season brought, I also fell in love and started a relationship. (Maybe that—or maybe everything together—is what left me a little out of rhythm when it came to writing and sharing.)

Anyway... as always happens after a period of pause, emptiness, and a little body reset (my beloved, necessary, and very loving parasite cleanses ), inspiration found me again.

I reconnected with my purpose—which is simply to offer humanizing tools for real humans (hehe)—and I finally felt inspired to dust off old ideas and unfinished projects that had been quietly waiting for their moment.

Speaking of parasite cleansing XD ... and yes, sorry, I know this email is getting a little longer than expected, and maybe you weren't expecting me to bring this topic up... buuuut...

I truly believe what my dad has always said: order is the foundation of sucess, hehe.

And I don't just mean financial success (although that too). I mean the success of feeling good in your own body. Of living from a place of vitality, clarity, and genuine enjoyment of being human.

For me, cleansing and recalibrating has become ESSENTIAL.

It clears my mind.

It lifts emotional heaviness.

It helps me let go of versions of myself that have already served their purpose.

It reconnects me with a more natural biological rhythm: digestion feels effortless again, the constant urge to eat to fill emotional gaps starts fading because the body finally feels truly nourished and cared for.

Honestly... I could go on forever.

Every time I go through one of these processes, it changes my life and my perspective all over again.

Now... there is another side to it.

It asks for consistency.

It asks for patience.

There will be days when you're simply tired.

Others filled with vivid dreams.

Others with unexpected emotional releases.

And then, of course, comes the beautiful challenge of sustaining the new habits afterward. ;)

The good news is... I honestly believe that part becomes much easier when the goal isn't to "do a cleanse," but to gently transition into a way of living that actually feels sustainable and kind.

At the same time, I know this can feel overwhelming if you've never gone through something like this before.

That's why I think having guidance is so important when stepping into these deeper waters.

Knowing that it takes time.

Knowing that it asks for commitment.

And knowing that it's absolutely worth it because you're building something meant to support you for the rest of your life.

That's exactly why, as part of this desire to reconnect and slowly begin sharing everything I've been wanting to share with you, I created this little Micro Steps Guide as a gift.

(You'll find the download buttons at the very end of this email!)

Or, if you're reading this in English...

OR,

I shared it in my Instagram Stories a few days ago, but... you know how algorithms are, so I wanted to make sure you have it here too.

The purpose of this guide is simple: I wanted it to feel like a message from a friend—someone who genuinely wants to see you well and is sharing things that have worked in her own life, things she's tested, studied, and shared with hundreds of others.

Some ideas may already be familiar to you.

Others may be completely new.

Either way, they're simple, foundational practices that can help us feel more at home inside our own bodies. :)

I truly hope it serves you.

And if you decide to put any of it into practice, I'd absolutely love to hear from you.

Knowing that something I create is genuinely useful to someone always means the world to me.

P.S. This is only the beginning. I'm currently working on more resources—or rather, trying to simplify and organize the tools I use with my nutrition clients and the ones I practice myself every day.

P.S.2 Stay close... because many more tools like this are on their way, all created to gently invite you into the beautiful world of Real Nutrition.

If you ever feel like writing back, I'd absolutely love to hear from you.

Sending you a huge hug, and wishing you a beautiful July, wherever life finds you. :)

LOVE, LOVE,

Lu Sol
